Methods: 72 cases patients with Cor Pulmonale in exacerbation periodwere at random divided into sodium ozagrel group (36cases) and control group (36cases). All the patients in two group were given the same routine treatment of anti-infection, expectorant, relieving spasm, antiasthma, balancing hydro-electrolytic disorder,low flow oxygen inhalation . In sodium ozagrel group , besides routine treatment , 80 ㎎ sodium ozagrel solved in 250ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution was given by intravenous drop once daily .The course lasted 10 days . The level of plasma thromboxaneB2 (TXB2 ), 6-keto-PGF1α , prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (Fbgg), antithrombin-Ⅲ activity(AT-Ⅲ:A), D-dimer (D2), blood PaO2 and PaCO2 were measured , the patientsˊsymptoms and signs were observed before and after the treatment . 20 cases healthy human subjects proceed comparison with ozagrel group and co
