Abstract
improving competitiveness of commercial bank personal financial services package: one is to expand the potential VIP customer subdivision, further enhance profitability, according to different customer needs to customer into four thin client, respectively is the ordinary customers, in the end customers, high-end customers and high net worth individuals, through to the customer segmentation, offer different products and services for different customer needs, to further enhance the package of personal financial business bank profitability.
