摘 要 万方数据 摘 要 在当经社会 Internet 的应用渗透到了各个领域。特别是办公领域，计算机的 应用更是比比皆是，但是计算机互连办公还不是很广泛的应用，特别是多人合 作协同办公和事物流程处理等，都还没从传统的办公模式脱离出来，所以，本 论文主要以协同工作和流程处理上，进行研究与开发 OA 平台。 本文以江西省核工业地矿公司的 OA 办公应用为研究对象，规划和设计了 一套适用于该公司的办公管理系统。系统采用 B/S 架构，以 Dreamweaver 为开 发工具，以用 JSP 动态页面设计技术与 Struts 技术，MySQL 数据库管理系统 开发强大完善的数据库支持环境进行系统的开发，主要对后台人员管理、邮件 管理、短消息管理、考勤管理、日程安排管理，工作流管理，会议管理等模块 作了具体的实现，同时，对用户系统登录、用户邮件和短消息信息检索查询等 模块作了具体的实现。系统在具体的应用过程中，以实 oa 办公的管理。OA 办 公系统的运用，可以高度实现了信息共享，大大节省办公人力，减轻公司管理 工作的压力，减少工作人员的工作失误，同时提高了办公的效率。 关键词：办公，自动化，管理信息，OA，公文管理 I Abstract Abstract When in the application of social Internet infiltrated into every fields.Especially office area, the application of computer is meet the eye everywhere, but the computer interconnection office is not very widely used, especially the multi person cooperative coordination office and things flow processing, have not been separated from the traditional office mode, so, this thesis mainly based on cooperative work and processes, research and development the OA platform.
