I I 摘要 摘 要 随着现代企业信息化建设的高速发展，设备管理的信息化显得越来越重要。 通过设备管理信息系统可以以计算机技术作为辅助工具，结合现有的设备管理理 念和方法，来实现企业设备管理的规范化和科学化。 本文主要介绍了设备管理信息系统的目前在企业中的地位和内容。基于包商 银行信息化进程中的实际需求,通过数据和业务流程等分析，本文提出了电子设备 信息管理系统逻辑模型，据此进行了系统设计。本系统主要由以下几个部分组成: 系统管理模块、基础信息录入管理模块、设备入库管理模块、设备出库管理模块、 设备借用、归还管理模块、设备报废管理模块、设备查询管理模块、设备报表管 理模块。本文主要从系统的功能模块设计、系统的编码设计、系统的数据库设计 以及安全性方面做了详细的介绍。本文根据所提出的逻辑模型与设计要求等，开 发了此设备管理信息系统。经过严格的测试，本系统原型达到了设计的基本要求。 本文还对包商银行的电子设备信息管理系统在维护、部署和功能扩展等多方 面进行了深入的分析和研究，并对系统今后需要继续改进与完善的方面提出了一 些看法和意见。 关键词:设备管理系统，信息化，设备维护 II II ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the development of the enterprises construct of informationzation, promoting the informatization of equipment management will take the important part. Basing on the existing equipment management method and using the computer technology as the assistant, the Equipment Information Management System (EIMS) will effectively realize enterprise equipment management science and standardization. In this dissertation, the first part will introduce the significance and performance of EIMS in an enterprise. In order to satisfy the actual demand of BaoShang Bank in the process of informationizing, a logic model of Electronic Equipment Information Management System (EEIMS) is proposed, at the base of the analysis of data flow and transaction flow, etc. Hereby an EEIMS is designed, which consists of different flowing parts. including: system management module, basic information inputting management module, storage management module, delivery management module, equipment borrowing or returning module, retirement management module, querying management module and reporting management module. Details of the four parts, which are function module design, coding design, database design, and security design will be given. Following the proposed model and design requirements a useful prototype of EEMS is developed.
