腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术在子宫肌瘤剥除术中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术并子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法：收集笔者所在医院2010年3月-2011年3月行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术患者76例，其中56例单纯行子宫肌瘤剥除术，20例配合行子宫动脉阻断术后再行子宫肌瘤剥除术，前者作为对照组，后者作为研究组，比较两组疗效及并发症发生情况。结果：所有病例腹腔镜手术均成功，无手术并发症及术后并发症。研究组术中出血量、术后病率均显著少于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗子宫肌瘤可取得满意的临床效果，腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术配合子宫动脉阻断术可减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间，降低术后复发率、手术野清晰、创面电凝少，减少组织坏死，减少术后并发症。 　　【关键词】 子宫动脉阻断术； 子宫肌瘤； 子宫肌瘤剥除术 　　中图分类号 R713.4 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）26-0001-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic results of laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion combined with myomectomy for uterine fibroids.Method： Seventy-six uterine fibroid patients were treated in department of obstetrics and gynecology， affiliated changshu hospital of suzhou university from March 2010 to March 2011.Twenty patients were performed by laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion combined with myomectomy， while 56 patients by laparoscopic myomectomy only.The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment， such as the effective rate， complications， and so on.Result： All cases of the laparoscopic surgery were successful.All the patients got well with no surgical complications and postoperative complications.The intraoperative blood loss， postoperative disease rate for clinical treatment of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Laparoscopic myomectomy has been used to treat uterine fibroids and achieved satisfied clinical therapeutic effects.Laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion combined with myomectomy for uterine fibroids has the characteristic of less blood loss， shorter operative time， lower recurrence of myoma and clear operative field.It can decrease the incidence of postoperative complications with less injured by electrocoagulation and less tissue necrosis. 　　【Key words】 Uterine artery block operation； Uterine fibroids； Hysteromyoma 　　First-author’s address： Affiliated Changshu Hospital of Suzhou University，Changshu 215500，China 　　子宫肌瘤是女性生
