耳穴埋豆联合心理干预在妊娠剧吐治疗中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探究耳穴埋豆联合心理干预治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果及护理效果。方法 选取我院2016年7月～2017年7月收治的106例妊娠剧吐患者的临床资料进行观察分析，根据治疗方法的不同分为两组，每组各53例。两组患者均采用心理干预治疗，观察组在此基础上联合耳穴埋豆的治疗方法，比较两组临床效果和护理效果。结果 两组临床效果比较，观察组患者总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者治疗后症状评分比较，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用耳穴埋豆联合心理干预方法治疗妊娠剧吐的效果显著，可以取得良好的临床效果，提高护理满意度，值得推广。 　　[关键词]耳穴埋豆；心理干预；妊娠剧吐 　　[中图分类号] R271.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（a）-0182-03 　　Application effect of auricular point buried beans combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of pregnancy exotosis 　　QIU Jiu-lian 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jinxi County，Jiangxi Province，Jinxi 344800，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing effect of auricular point buryied bean combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of pregnancy exotosis.Methods The clinical data of 106 patients with vomiting of pregnancy treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were observed and analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to difference treatment methods，53 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with psychological intervention.On the basis of this，the observation group was treated with Auricular point buried beans therapy.The clinical effect and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the two groups was compared，the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment， the observation group was significantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The Auricular point buried beans combined with psychological intervention has significant effect in the treatment of pregnancy induced vomiting.It can achieve good clinical results and improve nursing satisfaction，which is worthy of promotion. 　　[Key words]Auricular poin
