脑脊液细胞学检查在中枢神经系统感染性疾病诊疗中应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.14.62 　　摘 要 目的：探讨脑脊液细胞学检查在中枢神经系统感染性疾病中的应用。方法：回顾分析47例异常脑脊液细胞学检查。结果：47例脑脊液细胞学检查异常病例中，化脓性脑膜脑炎8例，结核性脑膜脑炎9例，病毒性脑膜脑炎11例，霉菌性脑膜脑炎2例，寄生虫感染2例；其余15例，其中包含多发性硬化8例，格林巴利症3例，脊髓炎3例，肿瘤1例。大部分中枢神经系统感染通过脑脊液细胞检查就可确诊，有时尚需结合其他检查，最后都能得到确诊。结论：脑脊液细胞学检查能为中枢神经系统感染性疾病的病因诊断提供客观依据，并能为临床药物疗效评价提供依据。脑脊液细胞学检查对中枢神经系统感染性疾病有重要的诊断价值。 　　关键词 脑脊液细胞学检查 中枢神经系统感染 病因诊断 　　Application of cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination in the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system infectious diseases 　　Cai Guocheng1，Xie Hua2 　　Neurology department of Chinese medicine hospital in Qi County，Henan Province，4752001 　　Neurology department of Henan electric power hospital in Zhengzhou City，Henan Province，4500152 　　Abstract Objective：To discuss the application of cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination in the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system infectious diseases.Methods：47 cases of abnormal cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination were retrospectively analyzed.Results： 　　In 47 cases， 8 cases of encephalitis， tuberculous meninges， 9 cases of encephalitis， viral meninges， 11 cases of encephalitis， mould sex meningioma， 2 cases of encephalitis， 2 cases of parasite infection.In the rest of 15 cases， including 8 cases of multiple sclerosis， 3 cases of green Barry， 3 cases of myelitis， 1 case of tumor.Most of the central nervous system infection by cerebrospinal fluid cell check can be diagnosed.
