Taking example of Anshun City Vocational and Technical College where exactly located at southwest of mainland of China with special region characteristics. Base on this kind of situation, Vocational and Technical College of Anshun City planning and landscape design studies is in a good way of connecting to the development of ethnic minority areas, relying on the excellent cultural context as well as fit the needs of college development. Moreover, Vocational and Technical College of Anshun City is the carrier on the unique school education system: Teaching VS Factory. Fully consider about this characteristic distinctive design culture, therefore, this is a very worth excellent technical education case - to explore and to learn after in learning foreign outstanding campus design case and under the advanced concept of cultural protection studies. Through the study of the Anshun geographical features, the positioning of the natural landscape protection and development goals and also in use of planning and landscape design to geographical space and cultural context of interdependence bound, to explore a culture of sustainable development path. Corresponding to southwest regional, the campus design will have great impact on the cultural heritage of the local region. In the last, a clear development direction of Vocational and Technical College of Anshun City will ultimately have a far-reaching impact on the overall development of the southwest region.
