股骨头置换和PFNA治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折效果差异研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折采用股骨头置换术和股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定（PFNA）治疗的临床效果。 方法 按照治疗方法的不同，将方便选取的2015年2月―2016年2月该院收治的70例患者分为研究组（PFNA，n=35）与对照组（股骨头置换术，n=35）。术后随访6个月，对比两组恢复优良率、手术时长、术中出血量及住院时间。 结果 研究组优良率为94.3%，高于对照组的77.1%，结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗的效果理想。 　　[关键词] 老年患者；不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折；股骨头置换术；股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0037-03 　　Research on Difference in Effect of Femoral Head Arthroplasty and PFNA in Treatment of Senile Unstable Intertrochanteric Fracture 　　LI Da-jun 　　Department of Orthopedics， Xiajin People’s Hospital， Xiajin， Shandong Province， 253200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of femoral head arthroplasty and PFNA in treatment of senile unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Convenient selection 70 cases of patients admited and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each according to different treatment methods， the research group and the control group respectively adopted the PFNA and the femoral head arthroplasty， and both groups were followed up for six months， and the excellent and good rate， operation time， intraoperative bleeding amount and legnth of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group（94.3% vs 77.1%）， and the Results were statistically significant（P0.05）.
