股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。 　　方法 86例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 各43例。对照组采用动力髋螺 　　钉（DHS）内固定治疗， 观察组采用PFNA内固定治疗， 比较两组患者的各项手术指标、手术疗效、并发症发生率。结果 观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、切口长度均短于对照组， 出血量、引流量少于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组髋关节恢复优良率为95.35%， 明显高于对照组的81.40%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为4.65%， 明显低于对照?M的20.93%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效更佳， 手术创伤小， 术后愈合快， 并发症少， 具有积极的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 老年股骨粗隆间骨折；股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定；临床效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.33.004 　　Clinical effect analysis of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation internal fixation in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture LUO Xiao-dong， WANG Hong， GUO Wan-xing， et al.
