胃肠外营养在重症颅脑损伤中应用 　　【中图分类号】：R605.979 【文献标识码】：A 　　【文章编号】： 1004-597X(2007)12-0044-02 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨胃肠外营养在重症颅脑损伤病人治疗中的应用及临床效果。方法：将我院2002年~2006年56例重症颅脑损伤采用胃肠外营养的治疗方法作为营养手段，观察病人的临床治疗效果。 结果：本组56例，死亡18例，中重残12例，痊愈26例，伤口感染6例，合并褥疮6例(Ⅱ～Ⅲ度)。应用PN治疗分别在10-20d创口愈合或基本愈合，无骨折延迟愈合和不愈合。并发周围静脉炎6例；血糖升高30例(8.2～18 mmol／L)，同时伴有尿糖阳性10例(++或+++)。治疗中测定血红蛋白浓度、淋巴细胞计数、转铁血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白。并在治疗前后进行比较，具有显著性差异(P0.05)。 结论：胃肠外营养在重症脑损伤治疗中切实可行，能够提供足够的营养物质，对维护胃肠功能、减少感染、促进神经功能恢复和降低死亡率都有意义。? 　　【关键词】 胃肠外营养；脑损伤；PN；临床治疗? 　　 　　Outside the stomach and intestines the nutrition (attaches 56 examples clinical reports) in the heavy sicknessdamage application? 　　ZHOU Xiao-cang? 　　【Abstract】 goal: Discusses outside the stomach and intestines the nutrition in to be heavy sicknessdamages the patient to treat the application and the clinical effect.
