脐灸加腹针治疗多囊卵巢综合征脾肾阳虚证临床观察 　　摘要：目的观察脐灸联合腹针疗法对脾肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）内分泌、代谢指标的影响。方法80例脾肾阳虚型PCOS患者随机分为对照组和脐灸联合腹针组，各40例。对照组予二甲双胍治疗，脐灸联合腹针组针刺中脘、下脘、气海等穴，并以中药粉敷贴于神阙穴，艾条灸之，治疗6个月。比较各指标的变化。结果治疗后，2组体重指数（BMI）、体重腰围比（WHR）、黄体生成素（LH）、LH/FSH、游离睾酮（T）均下降，月经情况好转（均P0.05），且脐灸联合腹针组在BMI、WHR、月经恢复情况、T等指标上优于西药组（P0.05）。二甲双胍可明显降低血糖及胰岛素水平（P0.05），而脐灸联合腹针组的影响不明显。二甲双胍有明显胃肠道反应，而脐灸联合腹针组无不良反应。结论脐灸联合腹针治疗脾肾阳虚型PCOS安全有效；其机制似乎并非改善胰岛素抵抗，有待进一步探讨。 　　关键词：多囊卵巢综合征，脐灸，腹针，脾肾阳虚 　　中图分类号：R246.1文献标志码：A文章编号：1007-2349（2017）01-0020-04 　　【Abstract】Objective：To observe the effects of umbilical moxibustion combined with abdominal acupuncture on endocrine and metabolic indexes of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）with spleen and kidney yang deficiency. Methods：80 PCOS patients were randomly divided into a control group and an umbilical moxibustion and abdominal acupuncture（UMAA）group，40 cases per group. The control group was treated with metformin while the UMAA group was treated with acupuncture at Zhongwan，Xiawan and Qihai，with Chinese herbal powder applied to Shenque and Ai moxibustion for 6 months. The index changes of each group were compared. Results：After the treatment，body mass index（BMI），waist hip ratio（WHR），luteinizing hormone（LH），LH/FSH and free testosterone（T）of the two groups decreased and their menstrual status improved（P0.05）. But BMI，WHR，menstruation recovery，T and other indicators of the UMAA group was better than those of Western medicine group（P0.05）. Metformin significantly reduced blood glucose and insulin levels（P0.05），but the UMAA group was not significant. Metformin group significantly showed gastrointestinal reaction，but the UMAA group had no adverse reactions. Conclusion：Umbilical moxibustion combined with abdominal acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）with spleen and kidney yang deficiency，but its mechanism seems to be not to improve insulin resistance，which needs further study. 　　【Key words】polycystic ovary syndrome，umbilical moxibustion，abdominal acupun
