补肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 分析补肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产的效果。方法 将我院2016年1～7月收治的72例先兆流产患者作为研究对象，采用动态随机化分法分为对照组和研究组，每组各36例。对照组患者使用黄体酮胶囊治疗，研究组患者采用补肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶囊治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血清绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）水平以及症状消失时间情况。结果 研究组总有效率为91.67%，高于对照组的72.22%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组治疗后HCG水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者各症状消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用补肾安胎汤与黄体酮胶囊对先兆流产患者进行联合治疗效果较佳，能有效改善HCG水平，缩短症状消失时间。 　　[关键词]补肾安胎汤；黄体酮胶囊；先兆流产 　　[中图分类号] R714.21 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）03（b）-0141-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Bushen Antai Decoction combined with Progesterone Capsules in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 72 patients with threatened abortion treated in our hospital from January to July in 2016 were selected as object of study and divided into research group and control group according to the dynamic randomization，36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Progesterone Capsules，and in the research group，Bushen Antai Decoction combined with progesterone was adopted.The clinical efficacy，levels of human choronic gonadotropin （HCG） before and after treatment，and disappearing time of symptoms between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 91.67%，much higher than that in the control group accounting for 72.22%，with a statistical difference （P0.05）.The HCG level after treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group，with a statistical difference （P0.05）.The disappearing time of symptoms in the research group was shorter than that in the control group，which was displayed a statistical difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Bushen Antai Decoction and Progesterone Capsules is effective in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion.It can effectively improve the level of HCG and shorten the disappearing time of symptoms. 　　[Key words]Bushen Antai Decoction；Progesterone Capsules；Threatened abortion 　　近年?恚?随着人们生活方式的改变和环境的恶
