血清降钙素原与结直肠癌术后并发症相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）浓度变化与结直肠癌术后并发症的相关性。 方法 应用双抗体夹心免疫化学荧光法测定回顾性研究80例结直肠癌患者术后第1、2、3、5、7天血清降钙素原值变化，分析与结直肠癌术后可能出现的并发症的相关原理。 结果 研究80例患者结直肠癌术后并发症显示：血清降钙素原变化能反映结直肠癌术后可预测的并发症，与细胞因子、肠道细菌内毒素、D-乳果糖、二胺氧化酶等因素呈正相关，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 血清降钙素原的水平变化能分析出结直肠癌患者术后可能出现的并发症，如全身炎症反应、炎症性肠梗阻、肠吻合口漏等。 　　[关键词] 降钙素原；结直肠癌；术后并发症；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R735.34 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）19-0083-04 　　Analysis of serum calcitionin original and postoperative complications of colorectal cancer 　　YAN Dechang CAI Yinzhong XU Keqin TANG Jianhua 　　Department of General Surgery，Ningxiang County Peoples Hospital in Hunan Province， Ningxiang Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine，Ningxiang 410600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation of procalcitonin（PCT） level and postoperative complications of colorectal cancer. Methods Applied double antibodies sandwich immune chemical fluorescence to study spectrometry retrospectively for 80 patients with colorectal cancer after operation 1， 2， 3， 5 and 7 days ，and detected the original value of the serum calcitonin changes， then analyzed the related to the postoperative possible complications principle of colorectal cancer. Results Study of 80 patients postoperative complications with colorectal cancer showed：Serum calcitonin original variation can predict postoperative complications of colorectal cancer and positively correlate with cytokines， intestinal bacteria endotoxin， D-lactulose and diamine oxidase， the difference had statistically significant（P0.01）.
