1 1 Abstract This article discusses the theme from the Current situation of the development of funeral industry. Following this pointcut, the discussion spread with the concept of market access system, and build funeral industrys market access system in China put forward a series of specific ideas. Looked from the overall structure, This article expounded the basic theory of funeral industry market access system at the first beginning, then analysised the legislative models, pointed out the specific contents of the current access system, system vulnerability and the relevant institutional reasons. In the outside part, the article discussed about the specific characteristics of access system under three kinds of legislative models. Then the writer summarizes the place worth our using for reference which leads to the the core issue, to build funeral services market access system of specific provisions in the future. Besides the introduction, this article contains four parts: The first part, the funeral industry market access system overview. To discusses the particularity of the funeral industry compared with other, the concept of funeral industry was splited into two parts according to service properties and service object: generally the funeral market and special funeral market. After that followed the basic theory of market access system, especially three legislative modes and principles of legislation. This part centres on three central issues: First, summary the current content on market access from four aspects listed in laws and regulations.
