PAGE Unit 12 What did you do last weekend? 一、单元分析 本单元主要是学习用过去时描述周末所做的事,围绕“Weekend activities”开展听、说、读、写等一系列教学活动。学生在已学习“How was your school trip?”和一般过去时态的基础上,进一步对过去的活动进行提问,这也是学生日常生活中经常使用的语言交际功能,体现了新教材融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构的循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。 本单元的核心语言项目是“Ask and answer questions about weekend”,从Section A的假日活动,到Section B一次难忘的假日经历,“-What did you/he/she do last weekend? -I/He/She went boating.”等句型贯穿整个单元,循序渐进,逐步扩展。 二、教学目标 1.语言技能目标 (1)能用一般过去时询问同学和老师周末如何度过,如:-What did you do last weekend? -I did my homework. (2)能用一般过去时询问同学和老师周末的活动并能作出流利回答,如: -What did you/he/she do last weekend? -I/He/She went boating. -Who visited her grandma? -Becky did. (3)能用一般过去时写60词左右的短文。 2.语文知识目标 (1)能正确运用以下句式,如: -How was your weekend? -Its... -What did you do last weekend? -I did my homework. -Who did she go with? -She went there with her classmates. (2)能熟练运用一些常用动词的过去式,如: am/is/are-was/were, go-went, clean-cleaned, do-did, have-had, etc. (3)能熟练运用一些描述周末活动的短语,如: do my homework, go to the cinema, go boating, camp by the lake, go to the beach, study for the test, feed some cows, etc. 3.情感态度目标 (1)通过交流周末的活动安排,加深同学间的相互了解; (2)从他人的活动安排中吸取经验,促使学生合理利用节假日的时间,多参加一些有益的户外运动。 4.文化意识目标 了解英美国家学生的周末生活,学会合理安排业余时间。 5.学习策略目标 (1)交际策略:通过猜测和调查活动等,鼓励学生在合作学习中巩固新知; (2)调控策略:通过分类,简化学习过程,帮助学生记忆。 三、重点难点 1.教学重点 (1)重点词汇:camp, lake, beach, as, natural, visitor, tired, stay up late, run away, baby, mouse, shout at, language, kite, high, India, put up, tent, moon, surprise, scared, move, start, jump up and down, into, wake...up, ear, forest; (2)重点句型:-What did you do last weekend? -I did my homework. (3)话题:用“What did you/he/she do last weekend?”等句型来谈论不久前的一些周末活动。 2.教学难点 用一般过去时来询问、描述周末活动。 Period 1(Section A 1a-2c) 1.-What did you do last weekend, Lucy?露西,上周末你做了什么? -Well, on Saturday morning, I played badminton.噢,星期六上午我去打羽毛球了。(课本第67页) (1)last weekend意为“上周末”,表示过去的时间。当表示时间的名词前有this, next, last, that等词修饰且在句中作时间状语时,前面不加介词。 (2)on作介词,用在具体的某一天或某一天的上午、下午、晚上或星期、节日等时间名词前。如: on Sunday在星期天 on the afternoon of June 1在6月1日的下午 (3)play badminton意为“打羽毛球”。play与球类名词连用,表
