PAGE 世纪龙庭小区物业管理信息系统的分析与设计 摘　　要 随着电子计算机和通信技术的发展，人类已经逐渐地进入信息化社会。信息和材料、能源一样成为一种社会的基本生产资料，在人类的社会生产活动中发挥着重要的作用。因此，开发相关的管理信息系统已经成为各行各业的必要和必需。 随着市场经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，住宅小区已经成为人们安家置业的首选，从一般的住宅小区到高贵奢华的别墅式小区，人们不但对住宅的本身的美观、质量要求越来越高，同时对物业小区的服务和管理也很重视，诸如对小区的维修维护，小区的绿化环境，甚至对各项投诉都要小区管理者做的完善。现在的小区物业管理，大多采用传统的人工管理的模式，这对于规模较小的物业管理公司来说，是可以应付日常的管理需要的，但是，随着行业竞争日益的激烈，提高物管的工作效率，为住户提供更好的服务，成为了物业管理公司当前必须考虑的问题，这就为我们设计小区物业管理信息系统的分析与设计提供了市场需要。 本系统通过对世纪龙庭小区进行分析，设计出了一套适合本小区的物业管理系统。包括对小区住户的管理、小区员工的管理、小区住户投诉信息、以及员工维修设备的维修信息和小区收支进行有效地管理等功能。 本论文主要阐述了世纪龙庭小区物业管理信息系统的基本概述（产生背景、选题意义、设计思想、可行性分析、技术方案）、系统分析（需求分析、业务流程分析、数据流程分析）、系统设计（功能结构设计、数据库设计、代码设计、输入输出设计）以及系统实施与测试等几方面内容。 关键词：小区物业管理；需求分析；系统分析；数据库 Century Dragon Court District Property Management S ABSTRACT With the computer and communication technology development, human beings have gradually entered the information society.
