摘 要 随着互联网的高速发展，基于 B/S 结构的 Web 应用程序逐渐成为最为广泛的 应用开发技术，目前很多应用系统都采用这项技术。而实现它的 J2EE(Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition )作为当今企业级软件开发最佳平台和标准之一登上了 历史的舞台。 本文介绍某省国税局的一个基于 B/S 结构的网上申报系统解决方案，该申报 系统采用 PKI 技术结合 XKMS 技术，并采用了网闸、防火墙、入侵检测等多种安 全技术。论文首先讲述了网上申报的意义以及国内外信息化的发展情况；接着在 对网络安全技术学习的基础上，设计了税务外网证书认证系统结构，并且设计了 互联网纳税申报系统架构、邮件受理平台，以及设计了以 XML 加密格式为基础的 纳税人与申报系统交互接口；最后通过对 EJB 的探索及对 CTAIS 接口研究后，开 发出增值税纳税申报的调用方法，实现了纳税申报数据与征管数据库的交互。实 践证明该模型能够为纳税人提供一个安全、快捷、高效的网上远程纳税申报服务， 同时也能大大提高税务机关的工作效率，满足广大纳税户的迫切期望。 关键词： EJB 数字证书 XML 安全 网闸 中国税收征管信息系统   ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Internet-based B / S structure of the Web application has become the most widely used application development technology, present, many applications have adopted the technology. Achieved its J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition) as the best of todays enterprise-class software development platforms and one of the standards board of the historical stage.
