In recent 10 years， due to the unscientific fisheries way of use and the excessive disturbance of human activities， Poyang lake fishery resources have been presented the trend of recession， the contradiction of resource utilization and protection was very sharp. Global environmental change and human activities is to make the world fishery resources distribution and production of different degree change of one of the important reasons. Freshwater fishery is an important component of the fishery economy， and also one of the important industry which provides healthy and sustainable supply of protein.
