辐照血液成分临床应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨分析辐照血液成分的临床用量及所占比例。方法：统计分析青岛地区2010-2014年辐照血液成分的临床用血量及占总用血量的比例，对比分析近几年辐照血液成分比例变化。结果：青岛地区近5年临床用血量中辐照红细胞类成分占红细胞类总用血量的0.91%，辐照血小板类占血小板总用量的7.40%。与前两年相比，近3年辐照血液成分占总用血量的比例大幅增加。结论：随着对TA-GVHD认识的进一步深入，临床对辐照血液成分的重视程度加大，辐照血液成分的使用量也不断增加。 　　【关键词】 辐照； 悬浮红细胞； 单采血小板； 输血相关性移植物抗宿主病 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical application and the proportion of irradiated red blood cell components.Method： The clinical application in irradiation blood components of Qingdao from 2010 to 2014 were statistical analyzed，the irradiated blood composition changes in recent years were compare
