重型脑外伤并发颅内感染患者有针对性护理措施总结 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨针对性护理措施在重型脑外伤并发颅内感染患者中的应用效果， 总结护理要点。方法 217例重型脑外伤患者， 其中合并颅内感染患者23例， 患者均行颅内血肿清除联合去骨瓣减压术， 并给予围术期针对性护理措施， 观察其治疗效果。结果 23例患者中11例治愈， 5例有效， 3例好转， 2例无效， 2例死亡， 总有效率为82.61%， 死亡率为8.70%， 住院时间为（40.81±8.42）d。随访发现其中1例（4.35%）出现再感染， 1例（4.35%）发生脑脊液漏现象。结论 重型颅脑外伤并发颅内感染患者病情严重， 发展快， 而在积极抢救的治疗过程中配合针对性护理措施有助于提高治疗效果， 挽救患者生命， 降低死亡率及再感染率， 改善其预后。 　　【关键词】 重型脑外伤；颅内感染；针对性护理；总结 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.33.088 　　Summary of targeted nursing measures for patients with severe brain injury complicated with intracranial infection YAN Da-wei， GONG Min， LI Wen-chao， et al. Methods Among 217 patients with severe traumatic brain injury， there were 23 cases with intracranial infection. Patients were treated with intracranial hematoma removal combined with decompressive craniectomy， and received perioperative care measures. Their therapeutic effect was observed.
