门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 分析研究门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病的应用价值。 方法 整群选取2013年6月―2015年6月在该院就诊患有肝性脑病的患者102例，随机分为研究组、对照组，每组51例。对照组采取精氨酸治疗，研究组采取门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖共同治疗，对两组临床治疗效果对比。 结果 研究组的临床治疗总有效率比对照组高（P0.05）；研究组患者的AST、ALT、TBil以及血氨水平比对照组低（P0.05）；研究组肝性脑病分期改善情况明显优于对照组（P0.05），不良反应发生率比对照组低（P0.05）。 结论 门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病，取得显著的治疗效果，并且不良反应较少，具有临床推广价值。 　　[关键词] 门冬氨酸鸟氨酸；乳果糖；肝性脑病 　　[中图分类号] R747.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（c）-0118-03 　　Study on Curative Effect of L-Ornithine L-aspartate Salt Combined with Lactulose in Treatment of Hepatic Encephalopathy 　　YANG Kun-zheng 　　Xian Northern Hospital， 710000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the application value of L-ornithine L-aspartate salt combined with lactulose in treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 102 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy？treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each， the control group were treated with arginine， the research group were treated with L-ornithine L-aspartate salt combined with lactulose， the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group，（P0.05）， the AST， ALT， TBil and blood ammonia level in the research group were lower than those in the control group，（P0.05）， the improvement of hepatic encephalopathy？by stages in the research group was better than that in the control group，（P0.05）， the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group，（P0.05）.
