针刺治疗脊髓损伤所致排尿功能障碍疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨中医针刺疗法治疗脊髓损伤患者伴排尿功能障碍的临床效果，以探寻更有效、更方便、更实用的针刺方法。方法：选取2012年10月-2014年10月本院收治的86例脊髓损伤所至排尿功能障碍患者为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为研究组与对照组，每组各43例，对照组给予膀胱功能训练，研究组在对照组基础上配合中医针刺进行治疗，比较两组患者排尿功能的改善情况及治疗效果。结果：治疗后，研究组在漏尿次数、膀胱容量及残余尿量等方面的改善程度优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组总有效率为95.35%，对照组总有效率为74.72%，研究组总有效率高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针刺联合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤所至排尿功能障碍的效果显著，可显著提高患者的治疗效果，值得临床广泛推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 针刺治疗； 脊髓损伤； 排尿功能障碍 　　Effects of Acupuncture for Urination Dysfunction Induced by Spinal Cord Injury/WANG De-qiang.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：091-093 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment for urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury， and the method of acupuncture for more effective， more convenient and more practical. Method： 86 patients with urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury were chosen in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 and divided into control group and observation group， 43 cases in each group. The control group received function train. Based on the control group， the observation group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment. The improvement of urination function between the two groups was evaluated. Result： After treatment， the improvement of times of urine leakage， bladder capacity and residual urine of the observation group was superior to that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%， which was superior to 74.72% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of intensive needling at trigone of urinary on urinary bladder on urination dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury is significantly， and can improve the treatment effect.
