针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗急性踝关节扭伤效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：观察针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果。方法：将2010年2月-2011年10月及2014年度笔者所在医院收治的165例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗，对照组采用西医治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗3周后，两组症状体征积分和VAS评分均有所降低，且观察组症状体征积分和VAS评分均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗3周后，观察组显著消肿率明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗1个月后，观察组总有效率（95.3%）明显高于对照组（81.3%），比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗急性踝关节扭伤，消肿止痛效果好，总有效率高，值得临床广泛推广应用。 　　【关键词】 针刺； 刺络拔罐； 急性踝关节扭伤 　　中图分类号 R246.2 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）13-0019-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Method：One hundred and sixty-five cases of acute ankle sprain patients in our hospital from February 2010 to October 2011 and 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated by acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping therapy，the control group was given Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy was observed.Result：After 3 weeks of treatment，the symptoms and signs scores and VAS scores of the two groups were decreased，and the symptoms and signs score and VAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After 3 weeks of treatment，the significant swelling rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After 1 month treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group（95.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（81.3%），the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of acute ankle sprain has good effect in relieving swelling and analgesic，the total effective rate is high，it is worth being widely applied in clinic. 　　【Key words】 Acupuncture； Pricking and cupping； Acute ankle sprain 　　First-author’s address：Chengdu Orthopedics Hospital，Chengdu 610031，
