锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折应用价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨锁定钢板内固定在治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床应用价值。 方法 以我院2012年10月~2014年2月收治的52例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。患者分为两组，其中锁定钢板内固定组患者27例，双切口双钢板组患者25例，对手术治疗效果进行比较分析。 结果 对两组患者手术平均时间、术中以及术后的平均出血量、住院的平均时间以及骨折的愈合时间进行比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者伤侧的膝关节功能恢复评价的比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论 锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折可起到和双钢板双切口相似的满意的临床疗效，在临床上值得加以推广应用。 　　[关键词] 锁定钢板内固定；双切口双钢板；复杂性胫骨平台骨折 　　[中图分类号] R683.42#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）11-202-03 　　 　　Analysis of the application value of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures 　　LIU#8195;Wei#8195;#8195;HUANG#8195;Zhang#8195;#8195;PAN#8195;Zhengjun 　　Department of Orthopedics, the First Peoples Hospital of Hefei City, Hefei 230069, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods 52 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to February 2014 were selected as research subjects, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were allocated to two groups, with 27 patients in a group of locking plate internal fixation, and 25 patients in a group of double plates through two incisions. Surgical curative effects were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results Average surgery time, average amount of bleeding during and after the surgery, average hospitalization time and recovery time of fractures were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant (P＞0.05). The difference of the evaluation of knee function recovery in the injured side between the two groups were not statistically significant either(P＞0.05). Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures has similar satisfactory clinical effect with double plates through two incisions, which is worthy of clinical promoti
