骨ECT联合定位CT诊断骨转移临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 分析骨转移诊断中骨ECT与定位CT联合应用的临床价值。方法 整群选择该院2014年9月―2016年9月接收的疑似恶性肿瘤骨转移患者77例，均给予骨ECT检查，并对不确定性病灶实施定位CT检查，观察骨ECT诊断结果及骨ECT联合定位CT诊断结果。结果 经骨ECT检查可知，诊断为骨转移瘤31例，准确率为77.5%；经骨ECT与定位CT联合检查可知，诊断为骨转移瘤39例准确率为97.5%。骨ECT与定位CT联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于骨ECT，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 骨转移临床诊断中，骨ECT联合定位CT诊断具有较高的敏感度及特异度，可提升诊断准确率，临床应用价值较大。 　　[关键词] 骨ECT；定位CT；骨转移；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（b）-0177-03 　　Bone Joint Positioning ECT the Clinical Value of CT in the Diagnosis of Bone Metastases 　　QIU Bo-wen ，ZHANG Rong-mu ，YU Xiu-hua 　　Department of Nuclear Medicine， Fujian Longyan Second Hospital， Longyan， Fujian Province，364000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analysis and diagnosis of bone metastases of bone ECT and positioning the clinical value of CT in combination with application. Results After bone ECT examination， and a diagnosis of bone metastases， the accuracy is 77.5%； After bone ECT， and location of CT examination， the diagnosis of bone metastases of 39 cases of accuracy is 97.5%. Bone ECT with location of CT in the diagnosis of sensitivity， specific degrees， accuracy， positive predictive value and negative predictive value are higher than bone ECT， statistically significant difference （P 0.05）.
