颞叶癫痫合并抑郁焦虑临床评估及联合用药分析 　　【摘要】 目的：对颞叶癫痫合并抑郁焦虑患者进行临床评估，并对其联合用药的效果进行分析。方法：选择45例颞叶癫痫合并抑郁的患者，其中采用常规抗癫痫治疗的患者作为对照组（22例），在对照组基础上联合西酞普兰治疗的患者作为治疗组（23例），分析比较两组患者的临床用药情况。结果：两组患者临床治疗总有效率、总不良反应率、HAMA评分和HAMD评分比较，差异均存在统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床安全合理的用药对颞叶癫痫合并抑郁焦虑患者的预后具有显著疗效，改善患者抑郁、焦虑情绪，安全性高，建议在临床治疗中首先选择抗抑郁药物西酞普兰进行联合治疗。 　　【关键词】 颞叶癫痫； 抑郁； 焦虑； 用药分析； 临床评估 　　Clinical Evaluation and Combination Medication Analysis on Temporal Lobe Epilepsy with Depression Anxiety/LAN Song， ZHANG Wei-guo.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（23）：125-127 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To clinically evaluate patients with temporal lobe epilepsy accompanied with anxiety depression， and analyze the efficacy of medication combination. Method： Forty-five patients with temporal lobe epilepsy accompanied with depression were selected， patients who underwent conventional antiepileptic treatment were divided into the control group （22 cases）， patients who underwent that combined citalopram treatment on the basis of the control group were divided into the treatment group （23 cases）， and clinical medications between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Result： The clinically total effective rate， total rate of adverse reaction， HAMA score， and HAMD score compared between the two groups showed that the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Clinically safety and rational medications delivers significant efficacy on the prognosis of patients with temporal lobe epilepsy accompanied with anxiety depression， improve depression and anxiety of patients， and cast high safety.
