摘 要 本设计是处理鲜奶量50T/D的乳品行业三效降膜蒸发系统。将料液自降膜蒸发器加热室上管箱加入，经液体分布及成膜装置，均匀分配到各换热管内，并沿换热管内壁呈均匀膜状流下。ilm evaporator is added from the heating room on film evaporator pipes, the liquid distribution box and film forming, evenly distributed to each unit of heat exchange tube and tube wall along the film evaporator. Make the temperature and pressure rise again, using as the effect of the heating origin of heat, Application of the principle of condensed water heat, condensed water automatic from sterilizer to the first, the second, the third evaporator, and then discharge from the lower condensation water pump by four evaporator. This design drawings including 0 # evaporation drawing, 1# separator drawing, 1# hot pump drawing, 1# process flow drawing, 2 #component drawing and 2 #evaporator component drawings. Recycling the heat of the indirect steam in the fourth evaporator, steam secondary effect through four secondary steam secondary steam pipe enter into hybrid condenser, from top to bottom will steel-flue coil material on preheating, most of the second steam is condensated, the heat of steam secondary in the third evaporator is recovered. Thus, this method not only saves energy but save water. In the whole course of design, the designer was to adhering to the attitude of serious and conscientious, designed the evaporation pot, separator, heat preservation pipe, sterilizer, hydraulic sprayer, thermo-compressor and other subsidiary equipment.
