This topic is based on the scientific research project escalator drive assembly smart visual test system, which is cooperated with SuZhou escalator components Co., LTD. This test system realized the high accurate testing of workpiece with complex shape and the process of automatic control and management,using intelligent visual inspection technology, and the accuracy is 0.2 mm. This thesis introduces the hardware design of wireless remote control communicating with computer with the background of measuring to great workpiece, mainly complete the design of wireless receiving part in the subject. Firstly introduces the current development of short-range wireless remote control in our country. Secondly, this thesis introduces the subject of remote control receiving hardware circuit and the working principle of the remote control system and plate circuit design of each component designing receiving module circuit and printed circuit board with electronic software AD6 and than do simulation test. In addition, this thesis also introduces SC2262 encoding chip, SC2272 decoder chip, PL2303, sound table resonators and single-chip microcomputer principle and electrical properties.At last, I also find something need to improve. In the end the paper with wireless receiving circuit principle diagram and printed circuit diagram and program.
