扬州市大气环境容量随季节变化规律 摘要 我国正在以建设社会、经济、环境、资源和文化的可持续发展为目标，其中经济和环境之间的协调发展是重中之重，规划区域的大气污染物环境容量是值得研究的课题。我国对大气环境容量的研究始于六五期问，多年以来已得到了广泛的研究与应用。 在我国当前的经济发展趋势和大气污染状况下，实施大气污染物环境容量控制是解决环境污染的有效途径，是控制城市大气污染的必由之路。本文首先大气环境容量研究的背景、意义等进行阐述，对环境容量的概念进行详细综述，对大气化境容量计算方法的研究现状进行了分析，在此基础上，对计算大气环境容量的A值法、 A-P值法、多源模型法、线性规划法等方法进行了分析，并用A值法分别计算和比较春、夏、秋、冬的A值和环境容量。 研究测算城市大气环境容量，对于落实科学发展观，实施城市产业结构调整和优化布局，构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会都具有重要现实指导意义。 关键词：大气环境容量，A值法，季节变化 Abstract China is to build social, economic, environmental, and cultural resources as the goal of sustainable development, including coordination between economic development and the environment is a top priority, planning and environmental capacity of regional air pollutants is worth studying.
