摘 要 教师的职业幸福感，既是教师工作生活中的主要内容，更关系到学生的成长和发展， 同时也是从某一方面衡量教师工作和生活质量的重要指标。通过对本课题的关注，在提高 教师工作生活质量的同时，也提高了教学质量。本研究随机选取了东营市内以及周边乡镇 的 18 所约 450 名中小学教师作为研究对象，主要采用调查法，辅之以文献法和访谈法， 对中小学教师职业幸福感的现状、影响因素等问题进行研究，基于此提出提高教师职业幸 福感的建议。 本研究包括五个部分： 第一部分阐述了本课题研究的背景以及意义和思路 第二部分基于国内中小学教师幸福感的现状，对东营市的中小学教师进行了关于幸福 感的问卷调查和访谈。 第三部分是对本次调查结果的一个总体分析。 第四部分是在以上分析的基础上，从各个方面找出影响东营市中小学教师幸福感的因 素。 第五部分是对增强中小学教师职业幸福感而分别从个人、学校以及社会三个方面提出 的一些思考与建议。 关键词：中小学教师 职业幸福感 影响因素 Abstract Division of professional happiness, is not only the main content in t he teachers work life, more related to the growth and development of students, but also from one of the important indices for evaluating teachers work and life quality.
