This system is divided into three levels: target layer, criterion layer and index layer. The criterion layer includes seven aspects of economic operation, ecological network, resource utilization, environmental protection, scientific and technological support, social development, park management. Index layer includes 24 specific indicators, including per capita industrial added value, the number of eco-industrial chain, the annual reduction rate of major pollutant emissions, etc. Keywords: eco-industrial park; efficiency evaluation; index system 一、问题的提出
