宁波美食旅游开发研究 摘 要 美食作为现代人们追求的向往和需求，能为其所在城市带来的丰厚回报，这也激发了美食旅游开发的火爆热情，这些都预示着美食旅游有着巨大的发展前景。尽管美食旅游有着广阔的未来发展，但美食旅游本身的理论探索还相对缺乏，发展形式也具有局限性。宁波地处东海之滨， 其丰富的海产品资源是其地方菜系的一大特色以甜品为主的地方小吃和点心，也是宁波传统美食文化中一个重要的组成部分海鲜产品，宁波菜和宁波式糕点， 构成了一个宁波饮食文化旅游资源良好的基础。本文以宁波美食旅游为例，在探索美食旅游理论的同时，对宁波美食旅游的开发的现状、存在的问题，未来发展前景进行了分析，并提出了开发构想。 本文综合运用旅游学、旅游资源学、民俗学、人类文化学和市场营销学等学科的相关理论,开展综合性研究通过对文献资料的研究,尽可能获得有关美食旅游的相关资料和信息,同时通过对宁波美食旅游资源的实地考察,获得了较为翔实的资料和亲身体验,力争通过理性分析,获得较为科学、真实的研究成果。 关键词：宁波 美食 美食旅游 SWOT Abstract Food as the pursuit of desire and demand of modern people, rich rewards can bring for the city, which also inspired Food tourism development hot passion,which indicates that Food tourism has great prospects for development.Although Food tourism has a broad future development, but the theory exploration Food tourism itself is relative lack of form, development has limitations.
