米非司酮与中药贯序给药治疗异位妊娠81例临床分析 　　【摘 要】 目的：探讨米非司酮和中药贯序给药的方法，在异位妊娠保守治疗中的作用。方法：将我院收治的以米非司酮结合中药贯序给药的方法保守治疗81例异位妊娠患者进行临床分析，观察米非司酮(Mifepristone,Mif)结合中药贯序给药的方法治疗异位妊娠的效果。结果：米非司酮和中药贯序给药的方法治疗异位妊娠81例，69例治愈，治愈率为85.18%；12例保守治疗失败，行手术治疗，占14.81%。经统计学分析差异有显著性（P＞0.05）。结论：米非司酮结合中药贯序给药的方法治疗异位妊娠的效果好、安全、给药方便、无副作用，米非司酮结合中药贯序给药的方法作为异位妊娠保守治疗，有一定的临床意义和应用前景，更加适合基层医院推广。 　　【关键词】 米非司酮；中药；异位妊娠 　　【Abstract】 Objective：Sequential administration of mifepristone and the methods of Chinese medicine in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy in the role. Conclusion：Sequential administration of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese method of treatment of ectopic pregnancy effective, safe, convenient administration, no side effects, Sequential administration of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese method of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, there is certain clinical significance and potential applications more suitable for grass-roots hospitals. 　　【Key words 】Mifepristone, Chinese medicine, ectopic pregnancy 　　 　　异位妊娠是常见的妇科疾病，近年来发病率有明显上升趋势。随着快速、敏感的β-hCG检测技术的开展，高清妇科B超应用，使异位妊娠的早期诊断率不断提高，使大部分异位妊娠在未破裂前得以诊断，为药物保守治疗提供了条件[1]，我院妇产科应用米非司酮和中药贯序给药的方法，是利用其优点既能杀死胚胎组织，又不破坏输卵管组织，从而保持输卵管通畅。目前，国内外关于异位妊娠保守性药物治疗的报道多数选用氨甲喋呤(MTX)[3，4]。但氨甲喋呤的化疗反应对机体损害大，副作用多，对于基层医院不便于使用。我院对81例异位妊娠患者，采用米非司酮(mifepristone，Mif)结合中药贯序给药的方法保守治疗，收到很好效果，现分析如下： 　　1．资料与方法 　　1.1 资料 　　2005年1月～2009年12月异位妊娠未破裂型的入院确诊并经病情告
