外阴与阴道良性肿瘤60例临床分析 　　【摘 要】目的：通过观察分析外阴和阴道良性肿瘤的临床症状及体征特点、病理特征以及治疗与转归等情况，总结该类肿瘤的临床诊治要点。方法：随机选取我院收治的外阴和阴道良性肿瘤患者60例的临床资料以及病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组60例患者均为单发性肿瘤，其中45例外阴良性肿瘤患者，占到75%；15例阴道良性肿瘤患者，占到25%。外阴肿物是外阴和阴道良性肿瘤患者较为常见的一种临床表现，色素痣、纤维瘤、乳头状瘤、平滑肌瘤等在外阴和阴道良性实质性肿瘤患者中较为常见。所有患者给予局部病灶切除术治疗，经12个月至4年随访，结果发现1例阴道良性肿瘤患者复发，复发率为6.67%，而外阴良性肿瘤患者未见1例复发病例。结论：局部病灶切除术是临床治疗的有效手段，术后预后良好，但仍不排除术后远期复发现象，因此临床治疗中应及早进行手术治疗，术后应进行跟踪随访，避免复发。 　　【关键词】外阴良性肿瘤；阴道良性肿瘤；临床特点；临床分析 　　Vulva and vagina benign clinical analysis of 60 cases 　　Gao Guangfen 　　Ya’an City of Sichuan mountain Disease Prevention and Control Center 　　[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the clinical symptoms of vulvar and vaginal and signs of benign characteristics， such as pathological features and treatment outcome of the situation and summarizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such tumors points. Methods： Randomly selected patients with benign tumors of the vulva and vagina as well as the clinical data of 60 patients with pathological data in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 60 patients were single tumors， 45 benign vulvar patients， accounting for 75%； 15 cases of vaginal benign tumors， accounting for 25%. Genital genital tumor is more common in patients with a benign clinical manifestations， nevus， fibroma， papilloma， leiomyoma and other solid tumors in patients with benign genital more common. All patients received lumpectomy treatment， after 12 months to 4 years of follow-up， and found one case of benign tumor recurrence rate was 6.67%， while no one case of genital benign tumor recurrence.
