Practice in developed countries indicates that logistic industry increasingly becomes a new increase point in economy globally and the third kind profit source which comes after decreasing resource consumption and improving productivity. As the development direction of modem logistics industry, the third-paity logistics start lately in our country, it lags behind the developed countries in theoretic also practices’ band exist a lot of problems in its development. Especially with the globalization of economy and China joined into WTO, the development of the tiiird-party logistics faces wholly new opporturdties and challenge, The multinational logistics enterprises to America, Japan, Europe and other countries entry to our internal market and the International trade will receive good opportunities, although the third-party logistics in our country has made some developments, it still lags behind the trend in many aspects, it is still hard to engender the third kind profit resource.
