For ifs government monopolistic supergiant enterprise running national electric network, nationalized power line company has its own peculiarity differing from other industries. So its management method and manner is different from other competitive compmiies competitively. In order to operate the electric network assets well maximumly, improve performance level, nationalized power line company takes networks srfe，quality, efficiency as the key point and progresses benchmarking work comprehensively in its system to improve integrated management level. To estalish benchmarking in elecMc system and compare with it is a kind of application of benchmarking actually.The development of promoting the primazy benchmarking is to introduce the thought and manner of benchmarking management systematically to daily management work of all organizations in the nationalized power line company.
