摘要：鼓励农村土地依法自愿有偿流转是我国改革开放以来一贯的农村政策。进入新世纪以来， 墩农村土地承包法》、《物权法》以及十七届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》等一系列法律法规及政策的出台．进一步完善了农村土地的承包经营权，有利于加快农村土地的流转。本文章首先就农地流转的总体规模、流转形式、主体等方面对潜江市农地流转现状做了初步的介绍。然后，剖析了流转现状中存在的问题。最后，针对已述的问题提出了相应的解决措施。 关键字：农村土地流转、现状、问题、措施 Abstract: China`s policies consistently encourage farmers to transfer their household managed rural land in accordance with the law，voluntarily and compensable．In the new century，the Government has issued a series of laws and regulations，such as“Rural Land Contract Law” and“Property Law”．SO as to improve the rural land contractual management right as well as to help speed up the transference of rural lands.This article introduces the current situation of the transference of rural land in Qianjiang in the spects of the transference of rural lands`overall size , the transference of rural lands`form and so on .Then ,it analyses some potential problems of the transference of rural lands.At last,it proposed some corrosponding solution measures.
