论文作者：论文中文题目 PAGE II l 山东交通学院 金融学专业学年论文 题目：基于Fama-French三因子模型的中国股市收益率研究 院(系)别 经济系 专 业 金 融 班 级 金融091 学 号 090912126 姓 名 指导教师 二○一一年十月 论文作者：论文中文题目 山东交通学院毕业论文 PAGE I 摘　要 摘要正文 二十世纪80年代以来，建立在有效市场假说基础上的资本资产定价理论日益受到来自实证的挑战。从所有信息都将在价格上得到充分反映的基点出发，有效市场理论认为资产收益率的差异反映了依附于不同资产的风险存在差别，较高的风险承担必然意味着较高的收益率补偿。 在理性定价的框架下，Fama和French三因素模型将投资风险归结为市场因素、规模因素及价值因素。市场因素反映所有股票价格发生共同变动的风险；规模因素说明市值规模较小的上市公司，平均来看其股票将提供更高的投资回报；价值因素则说明投资于账面市值比率较高的公司股票将获得较高的平均收益率。 对1995年5月至2005年4月期间沪深两市A股的实证研究发现，国内股市存在着类似于发达国家资本市场的规模溢价和价值溢价现象。针对规模因素与价值因素的风险分析发现，按照不同指标进行分组的上市公司，净资产收益率呈现显著差异，且这一差异在投资组合构建时点前后至少两年内持续存在。这一现象为将SMB及HML指标视为风险替代变量奠定了基础。 验证了加入规模因素及价值因素风险的三因素模型在国内市场的适用性。回归结果显示，多数情况下，我们无法拒绝截距项零假设。三因素模型能够对国内股市的收益率横截面分布作出良好解释。 关键词：收益率；股票市场；三因子模型 Abstract Text Since the 1980s, built on the basis of the efficient market hypothesis, capital assetpricing theory from the evidence of the growing challenge.
