图书分类 密 级 毕业设计（论文） 蜗杆减速器箱体加工工艺与工艺装备设计 Worm gear reducer box processing order and assembly design process 摘要 制造业是国家经济中一个关键性的工业部门，它在建设国家物质基础中起着十分重要的作用。国家实力的增强和经济的繁荣同制造业所能提供的产品和服务的竞争力密切相关。因此，每个工业化国家都给予制造业以足够的重视。这次我毕业设计的课题就是制造业中的箱体加工工艺及专用组合机床概念设计和专用夹具设计。 夹具的快速设计与制造，己经成为产品快速变换和制造系统新建成或重构后运行的瓶颈，严重地影响制造系统的设计建造周期、系统生产率、质量和成本。目前国内外使用的专用夹具是伴随着大批大量生产的发展而发展出现的，特别是和汽车工业的发展密切相关。专用夹具的使用，一方面缩短了工序时间，降低了加工成本；另一方面，夹具本身的设计制造工时、材料消耗等又增加了工件的成本。因此，在何种生产条件下使用哪种类型的夹具才是经济合理的，也就是夹具的经济性，一直都是夹具结构发展和设计的一个主要问题。 组合机床是专用机床的一种重要类型，是由大量通用部件及少量专用部件组合起来的高效专用机床，它具有专用机床结构简单、生产率和自动化程度较高的特点，因此，设计经济合理的机床对工件的加工具有重要意义。 当前，社会经济正经历着从工业经济向知识经济转变的过程，知识正在成为生产力要素中最活跃、最重要的部分。相信通过这次设计，使我的知识积累达到了一个新的层面！ 关键词 减速器壳体；加工工艺；钻床夹具 Abstract The manufacturing industry is a crucial industry sector in the state economy, it is playing the extremely vital role in material foundation of the country. The national strength enhancement and the economical prosperity have close correlation with manufacturing industry can provide product and service competitive power. Therefore, each industrialized country all gives the manufacturing industry by the enough value. Topic of this study is in the manufacturing industry box body processing craft and the special-purpose machine-tool conceptual design and the milling fixture design. The manufacturing industry becoming an information based society environment, the process planning produces is the first step in the technology preparatory work, the process planning is carries on the work clothes design to make and to decide the components processing method with processes the route the main basis, it produces, guarantee product quality, the enhancement labor productivity to the organization, reduces the cost, reduces the production cycle and the improvement work condition and so on all has the direct influence, is in the production key work. The craft knowledge is makes in the enterprise one of important knowled
