More and more people hope that Internet could satisfy their needs while they don’t have to go out, and it’s no exception to the elders. They hope that they can browse some information about the events of the elders’ by clicking the mouse at home. Because the WEB page can the text, the image, the sound, the animation, the visible image and so on many kinds of media information collection in a body, not only causes the information the demonstration to be more vivid, moreover causes the information the browsing to be more convenient, simultaneously the WEB page can realize on-line exchange and the study platform. This thesis mainly discusses the retired essence based on the ASP.NET website design and implementation, the foreground development tools for Visual Studio 2010 environment, based on SQL Server 2008 retired essence website backstage supporters database.
