洛阳理工学院毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 2 连铸功能性元件的现状与发展趋势 摘 要 我国钢铁生产发展已处在结构调整和优化的关键时期，其中高效连铸、近终形连铸和高洁净钢连铸技术，是促进炼钢生产快速高效的核心。当前我国钢铁工业已从单纯数量增长，逐步转化为质量效益型增长，在这种形势下，我国钢铁工业发展的重点为连铸生产高品质、高附加值的洁净钢。为此，对其相关的连铸用耐火材料提出新的要求。连铸用耐火材料的优化和发展方向是提高使用寿命、降低对钢水的污染和使材料多功能化，以满足高洁净钢连铸生产、多炉连浇和炼钢及连铸生产技术的特殊功能要求。 本文概述了连铸功能性元件的发展现状、主要的生产工艺流程及其发展趋势。尤其是对成型过程中制品出现各种问题的原因及解决措施作了详细的说明。连铸功能性元件采用冷等静压的方式成型，这种成型方式的特点及对制品的影响都在下文有所说明。在各工序的生产过程中，各种制度（温度、压力、时间）的控制对生产优质连铸功能性元件起着重要作用，各种工艺参数及技术指标得调节和合理应用更是生产优质功能件的必备条件，而添加剂的使用方式和用量自然而然就成了生产具备高性能的功能件的先决条件。 关键词：连铸功能性元件，工艺流程 参数指标，添加剂 ， The Current Situation and Developing Trend of Continuous Function ABSTRACT China has been in the development of steel production structure adjustment and optimization of the key period， including hign-effcieney continuous casting， nearly eventually form continuous casting and high clean steel casting technology， is to promote the core of steelmaking quickly and efficiently。 The steel industry in China from pure quantity growth， has been converted to quality-benefit growth in this situation， focusing on the development of steel industry for continuous casting production of high quality and high value-added clean steel。 Therefore， the related with the continuous casting refractories forward new requirements。 With the continuous casting refractories is optimized and development direction of life， reduce the pollution of steel and functional materials， in order to meet the high clean steel casting production， more furnace steelmaking and continuous casting and even the special function of production technology。 This paper summarizes the development situation of continuous function， main production process and its development trend。 Especially for molding process products various problems and solutions。 Continuous function with cold isostatic pressing molding， this way of forming characteristic and the influence of products are explained below。 In the process of the production process， various system (temperature， pressure and time) for producing
