基于参数化模型的车身结构优化设计

摘要:通过参数化的车身模型进行结构优化和轻量化设计。使用 SFE Concept 软件建立全参数化
的白车身模型,然后进行拓扑优化,提高模态和刚度性能;确定拓扑结构之后使用 Isight 软件
进行尺寸优化,继续提高模态和刚度性能,或者保持性能不变而降低重量;最后对厚度进行优化,
保证性能满足要求的情况下重量最小。经过优化之后相比初始模型不但性能全部满足要求,同时
重量减少了 19.23Kg。通过参数化模型可以快速的更改和验证拓扑方案,并且可以计算结构的尺
寸和位置连续变化时对性能影响的趋势。研究中验证了大量的结构更改方案,对车身结构的优化
和轻量化工作具有重要的现实意义和参考价值。

ABSTRACT: The structure optimization and lightweight design were carried out by using the
parameterized vehicle model. A full parametric BIW model was built by SFE Concept software.
Topology optimization was used for improve the mode and stiffness performance first. After
determine the topology, through size and location optimization to improve the mode and
stiffness performance, or maintain the performance and reduce weight by Isight software.
Finally, the thickness was optimized to ensure that minimizing weight while the performance
meets the requirements. After optimization, compared with the initial model, all performances
meets requirements, and the weight was reduced by 19.23Kg. Use the parameterized model,
the topology structure can be changed and verified fast. Lots of structural change schemes are
verified in the research, it has important practical significance and reference value for the
structure optimization and lightweight design.
