阶段性专科带教方法在肿瘤科护理教学中的应用效果   [摘要] 目的 探讨阶段性专科护理带教方法在肿瘤科临床教学中的应用及效果。方法 选择2014年1月~2015年12月在解放军第一?五中心医院肿瘤一科实习的160名护生,采用简单分组法随机分成观察组和对照组各80名。观察组实施阶段性专科护理带教;对照组实施常规性临床带教,比较两组出科时的考核成绩以及对教学方法的满意度。结果 观察组的客观考核成绩和对教学方法的满意度均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论 阶段性专科带教方法在肿瘤科临床教学中,提高了专科临床实践培养的效果和学生的满意度。   [关键词]护理教育;肿瘤科;教学方法 ;效果分析   [中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210(2017)03(a)-0146-04   Application and analysis of phased specialist nursing education in clinical teaching of oncology department   ZHOU Shizhi LU Donglai FENG Shumin HUANG Xiaoqin WU Xiaojie   Department of Clinical Oncology, 105th Hospital of PLA, Anhui Province, Hefei 230031, China   [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of phased specialist nursing education in clinical nursing teaching in oncology department. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, in Department of Oncology of the 105th Hospital of PLA, 160 clinical nursing students were chosen and divided into two groups by simple randomized method. The experimention group was given phased specialist nursing education method, the control group was given the traditional model teaching method. The results of nursing students leaving test and comprehensive quality and satisfaction of evaluation were compared. Results The assessment results and the teaching method of satisfaction of experimention group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Phased specialist nursing education method is conducive to the cultivation of clinical quality of nursing students in oncology department.   [Key words] Nursing education; Oncology department; Teaching method; Effect analysis   ?盒灾琢瞿壳耙殉晌?临床中的常见病与多发病,严重危害着人类健康。而对于肿瘤患者的护理涉及个人、家庭、社会等多个方面,不管是在药物的配伍与临床操作上,还是与患者、家属及医生的沟通技巧上,都有着与普通内科或外科不同的自身特点[1-2]。并且随着肿瘤发病率的升高,患者生存期的延长,患者的病情复杂程度也更胜以往,这都对肿瘤科护理人员的专业水平提出了越来越高的要求[3]。然而目前的护理临床教学中,普遍存在着只注重共性护理知识与技能的培训(如输液、发药、无菌技术等),却缺乏专科技能(如肿瘤科化疗药物的配伍禁忌与静脉护理、靶向药物的常见副反应及其护理等)教学的问题[4],导致专科知识和技能掌握不足,体现不出肿瘤科专科教学的特点。与此同时,不少学生也
