阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛治疗妊娠合并支原体衣原体感染的效果 　　[摘要]目的 研究阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛治疗妊娠合并支原体衣原体感染的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选择2015年10月～2016年12月我院接诊的支原体和衣原体检测为阳性的200例患者进行研究，将患者随机分为对照组（n=100）、治疗组（n=100）。对照组患者只使用阿奇霉素（静脉注射、口服）治疗，治疗组患者在使用阿奇霉素（静脉注射、口服）治疗的基础上联合使用头孢呋辛进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组的有效率为100%，高于对照组的86%（P0.05）。治疗组早产5例，胎膜早破5例，流产2例；对照组早产11例，胎膜早破11例，流产7例，两组的妊娠结局比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛治疗妊娠合并支原体衣原体感染的效果较好，可降低不良反应发生率，改善妊娠结局。 　　[关键词]阿奇霉素；头孢呋辛；支原体衣原体感染；妊娠结局 　　[中图分类号] R714.25 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）08（c）-0063-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the influence of application of combination of Azithromycin and Cefuroxime on the curative effect and outcome of pregnancy complicated with Mycoplasma and Chlamydia infections.Methods Altogether 200 patients with positive Mycoplasma and Chlamydia who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected，they were randomly divided into control group （n=100） and treatment group （n=100）.Patients in control group were only treated with Azithromycin （intravenous injection，oral administration）；patients in treatment group were treated with combination of Cefuroxime and Azithromycin on the basis of control group （Intravenous injection，oral administration）.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 100%，higher than that of control group （86%，P0.05）.Among patients in treatment group，there were 5 cases of premature births，5 cases of premature rupture of membranes and 2 cases of abortions；among patients in control group，there were 11 cases of premature births，11 cases of premature rupture of membranes and 7 cases of abortions.The difference of pregnancy outcomes between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Application of combination of Azithromycin and Cefuroxime in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with Mycoplasma and Chlamydia infections achieves good effect and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，which improves the outcome of pregnancy. 　　[Key wo
