Methods Nucleus pulposus tissue achieved from 6 human degenerated intervertebral disc samples enrolled in the study，were primely dissected by a experienced operator via appliances, primary cells cultured from the tissues in vitro and elementary observe its biological behaviors. Rusult: The improved-simplified method can successfully acquire nucleus pulposus cells form human degenerative intervertebral disc, its morphology and proliferation in vitro were well presented. Conclusion:The improved simplified method can reliably acquire nucleus pulposus cells of human degenerative intervertebral disc by contrast with traditional method.
