地下连续墙和内衬墙结合体结构防水施工技术应用 　　摘要：近年来随着我国经济快速健康的发展，各地区大兴土木，一大批“高、大、新、尖”的建筑如雨后春笋般拔地而起，而建筑基坑也朝着超大超深方向发展，在用地紧张的市中心区，建筑物密集，地下连续墙这种基坑支护形式也越来越受欢迎，为节约用地，地下连续墙与内衬墙结合体兼做地下室外墙, 因此，如何确保地下连续墙与内衬墙结合体结构防水施工过程中做到万无一失成为关键。本文基于对地下连续墙与内衬墙结合体防水施工质量和技术的要求，以便读者在类似工程中进行参考。 　　关键词：地下连续墙、内衬墙、防水施工 　　中图分类号：TU476+.3文献标识码： A 　　Abstract：In recent years, with Chinas rapid and healthy economic development of the area, be busy at putting up installations, a large number of high, big, new, sharp buildings such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like going up, and the building foundation pit is also moving in the direction of super large and deep, in the land of the downtown area, dense buildings, the excavation of underground continuous wall supporting form more and more popular, to make economical use of land, underground continuous wall and lining wall combined with the body and do the basement wall, therefore, how to ensure that the underground continuous wall and lining wall combined structure waterproof construction process has become a key to do no danger of anything going wrong. In this paper, the underground continuous wall and lining wall combined with waterproof construction quality and technical requirements are based on reference, so that the reader in similar projects. 　　Key word：Underground continuous wall、Lining wall、Waterproof construction 　　一、工程概况 　　某工程地处城市中心区，地下室共5层，基坑开挖深度21.7~26.4m，采用地下连续墙作支护结构，并设4道钢筋混凝土内支撑，该工程东侧地下连续墙与结构内衬墙共同作为地下室外墙（如下图所示），地下室每层结构施工前，在地下连续墙墙面进行防水施工。 　　 　　 　　二、施工流程 　　 　　三、操作要点 　　3.1地下连续墙墙面凿毛、清理 　　凿毛的目的是为了使抹灰面与地连墙更好的结合，首先应清除墙面泥渣露出混凝土面，然后墙面凿毛至露出石子，最后用水清洗墙面。达到肉眼观察外表、用手触摸，总体凹凸不平，无粒、块及浮附物效果即可。 　　 　　图3.1 地下连续墙墙面凿毛 　　3.2地下连续墙墙面抹灰 　　抹灰层为防水层的找平层，按普通抹灰标准施工即可，一层底灰，一层罩面灰。抹灰前，将基层表面的灰尘、污垢清理干净，抹灰完后，表面光滑、清洁、接茬平整。 　　3.3地下连续墙墙面卷材防水——两层聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材 　　（1）基层清理：彻底清理干净抹灰层表面，同时清理卷材施工现场。干燥的基面需预先洒水润湿。 　　（2）配置胶粘剂：胶粘剂选用801胶与水泥混合的水泥胶浆。801胶、水、水泥体积比是2：4：10，先将801胶与水混合搅拌，溶解后加入水泥，搅拌至无凝块无沉淀即可，制成的胶粘剂应在四小时内用完。 　　（3）涂胶敷设方法：将已配制好的胶涂刷在预粘处的抹灰层上，胶料连续适量用刮板刮至均匀，涂胶厚度保持在0.5-0.8mm间，然后敷设卷材并用刮板排气压
