黄荆挥发油对玉米象的生物活性及种群控制作用 卢传兵 薛明* 刘雨晴 庞云红 王承香 （山东农业大学 植物保护学院 泰安 271018） 摘 要： 采用三角瓶熏蒸法、滤纸药膜法、选择饲料法和药剂拌粮法，分别测定了黄荆挥发 油对玉米象成虫的熏蒸、触杀、驱避和种群控制作用。研究结果表明：黄荆挥发油在 50μ -1 -1 l·L 、100μl·L 浓度下熏蒸处理，72 h的校正死亡率分别达 92.1%和 100%；处理后 72h -1 的触杀毒力 LC50 为 0.3377mg　L ；以 0.2%剂量处理小麦，处理后 48h 和 72h 对玉米象成虫 的驱避率分别达 84.9%和 69.2%；在 4 g/kg 处理剂量下，处理小麦后 72ｈ和 168h，对玉米 象成虫的校正死亡率均达 100%，处理后 55天，对 F 代成虫的种群抑制率也达 100%，持续 1 控制效果十分理想。黄荆挥发油作为储粮保护剂具有大的开发潜力。 关键词：黄荆 挥发油 玉米象 作用方式 种群抑制 STUDAY ON EFFECT OF THE VOLATILE OILS OF VITEX NEGUNDO ON SITOPHILUS ZEAMAIS Lu Chuanbing Xue Ming* Liu Yuqing Pang Yunhong Wang Chengxiang (College Plant Protection, Shandong Agricultural University, Taian 271018) Abstract The fumigation , contact, repellent and population restriction effects of of volatile oil from Vitex negundo on Sitophilus zeamais adult were studied in laboratory by using the methods of fumigating in triangle bottle, dripping filter paper, selecting feeds and mixing feed with drug, respectively. The main results were as follows. The corrected fumigation mortality of the -1 -1 Sitophilus zeamais adult by the volatile oil at the dosage of 50μl·L and 100μl·L was 92.1% and -1 100% respectively 72 hours after treatment. The contact toxicity was 0.3377 mg•L after 72 hour treatment. At a dosage of 0.2% by weight, the repellent rate was 84.9% 48 hours after treatment then it reduced to 69.2% 72 hours after treatment.
