教育硕士双导师制建设管理现状和评析李焘等288 　　摘要： 双导师制对于学科教学教育硕士的培养与成长具有十分重要的作用，本文对学科教学（生物）专业的导师、教育硕士，以及中学教学的实际情况进行了深入调查，并对双导师制在教育硕士培养中的重要作用进行了评析，旨在为学科教学教育硕士的教师专业养成教育提供有效参考。 　　Abstract： The dual-mentor system is very important to the education master of subject teaching. In this study， the tutors， students and the actual situation of middle school were investigated deeply， and the important effects of the dual-mentor were also evaluated.
