某老年护理院舒缓疗护和老年护理患者住院费用分析和研究 　　摘 要 目的：为制定舒缓疗护收费标准提供依据。方法：选取2016年上海市某老年护理院舒缓疗护病区晚期恶性肿瘤出院患者42例，与同时期一般老年护理病区出院患者123例，对两组患者的住院费用进行比较分析。结果：舒缓疗护病区患者的人均住院天数明显低于同期一般老年护理病区，而舒缓疗护病区患者的日均费用、日均药费明显高于同期一般老年护理病区，其差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：舒缓疗护病区晚期恶性肿瘤临终患者与一般老年护理患者住院费用有差异，应将相应的服务内容列入到医疗保险收费项目中。 　　关健词 肿瘤；舒缓疗护；住院费用；医疗保险 　　中图分类号：R48 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2018）04-0016-03 　　Analysis and study of palliative nursing and hospitalization expenses of elderly patients nursed in an elderly nursing home 　　WU Ling， LU Shuangyi， ZHANG Hu 　　（No.1 Ward of Shunchang Hospital of Huangpu District， Shanghai 200023， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To provide the basis for setting up the charge standard of palliative care. Methods： In 2016， 42 patients with advanced malignant tumors discharged from an elderly nursing home in Shanghai and 123 cases discharged from the general nursing wards at the same time were selected， and the hospitalization expenses of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The per capita hospitalization days of patients in the palliative care words were significantly lower than those in the general elderly nursing wards but the daily cost and daily average charge of patients in the palliative care words were significantly higher than those in the elderly nursing wards and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
